This legal notice is provided in accordance with Articles 6-III and 19 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). It applies to the website www.corcelink.fr and all of its sub-domains (the “Site”).

3. Hosting and location of client data
As part of its services (hosting, cloud, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, backup, IP addresses, etc.), CorceLink hosts and operates its clients' services and data in datacenters located in France, notably in the Lyon region. CorceLink is committed to a sovereignty approach: client data is not transferred outside the European Union without appropriate information and a suitable legal basis.
4. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge, 24/7, except during maintenance, updates, force majeure or incidents. CorceLink cannot be held liable for connection costs or for malfunctions related to the user's hardware, network or software.
5. Intellectual property
The entire Site (structure, source code, texts, illustrations, photographs, graphics, icons, videos, databases and any other content) is governed by French and international copyright and intellectual property law. CorceLink owns it or holds the necessary usage rights.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the Site, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of CorceLink. Any unauthorized use may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author (Articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
6. Trademarks and distinctive signs
The name “CorceLink”, the logo and the company's distinctive signs are protected elements. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
7. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. CorceLink has no control over these external resources and disclaims any liability for their content, availability or practices. Setting up a link to the Site requires CorceLink's prior agreement.
8. Personal data protection (GDPR)
CorceLink acts as data controller for data collected via the Site (contact and quote forms, browsing). When CorceLink processes data on behalf of its clients as part of its services, it acts as a processor within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); a data processing agreement (DPA) then governs such processing.
- Purposes: handling contact and quote requests, performing and monitoring contracts, invoicing, support, and commercial prospecting where consent is given.
- Legal bases: performance of pre-contractual measures or the contract, legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where applicable.
- Recipients: CorceLink's authorized internal departments and its technical subcontractors (hosting, management tools), all bound by confidentiality.
- Retention periods: for as long as necessary for the purposes, then legal archiving (notably 10 years for accounting records). Prospecting data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
- Transfers: data is hosted within the European Union.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended and the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to set directives on the fate of your data after your death. You can exercise them at [email protected] or by post to the registered office, with proof of identity where applicable.

9. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation, as well as a privacy-friendly analytics solution (Umami), loaded only after your consent via the dedicated banner. You can change your choices at any time from the preferences module or your browser settings.
10. Reporting illegal content
In accordance with Article 6 of the LCEN, any manifestly illegal content hosted through CorceLink's services can be reported to [email protected]. The report must allow precise identification of the content concerned and the legal grounds for the request. CorceLink cooperates with the competent authorities under the conditions provided by law.
11. Limitation of liability
CorceLink strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site but cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of error. The information presented (offers, features, prices) is provided for information purposes and has no contractual value; only signed quotes and contracts are binding. CorceLink disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the Site, its use or the inability to access it.
12. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site will be submitted, failing amicable resolution, to the competent courts under ordinary law.
